This Privacy Policy explains how Easy Performance LLC (“Easy Performance,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information. It covers two related activities: the information you give us directly through this website, and the information we collect from people who respond to the advertising campaigns we run for our clients.
1. Information we collect
When you use a form on this site, we collect the information you enter: your name, business email, company, website, what you are looking for, vertical, target geography, and the details you provide about your offer, along with any messages you send us.
We also collect standard technical data automatically through server logs and privacy-respecting analytics: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your visit. We do not use this site to build advertising profiles of its visitors.
2. Data collected during advertising campaigns
This is central to what we do. We build and operate landing pages for our clients’ offers and run traffic to them. People who respond on those pages provide personal information — typically their name and contact details and information specific to the offer. We collect this information on behalf of the client for whom the campaign is run, on the basis of the notices and consents shown on those landing pages, and we handle it as that client’s data.
Before delivery, each record is checked for completeness against the agreed fields and for duplicates. We then deliver it to that one client. We do not combine this information across campaigns to profile individuals, and we do not sell it.
3. Why we collect it
We use personal information to respond to your inquiries and provide our services; to plan, build, run, and improve campaigns; to deliver qualified leads to the client for whom they were collected; to keep business records; to prevent fraud and abuse and keep our site secure; and to meet our legal obligations.
4. Legal bases and consent
Depending on where you are, we rely on one or more of the following: your consent (for example, the consent checkbox on our forms and the notices presented on campaign landing pages); our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and growing our business; and compliance with legal obligations. When we run a campaign for a client, that client is responsible for establishing the lawful basis for the campaign, and we act on its documented instructions.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal information only as described here:
- Campaign clients. Leads generated by a campaign are delivered to the single client for whom that campaign was run. Exclusivity is contractual: a lead delivered to one client is not delivered to another.
- Service providers. Vendors that host our website, send our email, verify submissions, and provide analytics. They are bound by contract to use the data only to provide those services to us.
- Legal and safety. Where required by law or legal process, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Easy Performance, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to notice.
We do not sell personal information for money. Because we deliver campaign leads to the client for whom they were collected, that transfer may be treated as a “sale” or “share” under certain U.S. state privacy laws — see Section 8.
6. How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above and to meet legal, accounting, and reporting requirements. Website inquiry data is retained for the period needed to evaluate and pursue the engagement; campaign lead data is retained according to our agreement with the relevant client and is then deleted or de-identified. Specific retention periods are set per engagement.
7. Accessing, correcting, or deleting your data
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw a consent you previously gave. Email [email protected] and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. For information collected in a campaign that we run on behalf of a client, we will act on that client’s instructions and will help direct your request to the responsible party where appropriate.
8. California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know and access the personal information we hold about you, to request its deletion, to request correction of inaccurate information, to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell personal information for money. Delivering a campaign lead to the client for whom it was collected, and certain analytics, may be considered a “sale” or “share” under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended. To opt out, email [email protected] with “Do Not Sell or Share” in the subject line, or use any opt-out control presented on the landing page where your information was collected. We will not discriminate against you for making this request.
9. Children’s data
This website and our campaigns are not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “effective date” above shows when the current version took effect, and we will post material changes on this page.
